Welcome and reception meeting. There will now be an opportunity for a welcoming reception for everyone in the Fellows Garden of University College at 7pm on the 7th July. There will be wine and nibbles, and the chance for EPS, SEPEX and non member guests to mingle. If it is wet, we expect to convene in the Butler room, but let’s hope this isn’t necessary! A relevant map will be uploaded to the EPS website asap. This is in addition to the receptions and anniversary events throughout the meeting.
Accommodation. We tried to negotiate as many rooms as possible in St Anne’s given the difficulty / expense of accommodation in Oxford in the summer. We also provided links to rooms across the City. We understand that there is no accommodation left for the 7th but there is still some remaining space on the 8th, 9th, and 10th.
Conference dinner. We have now supplied the college with lists of those who have booked dinner, so this is now regarded is being full. Please contact Sandra Harris (s.harris@lancaster.ac.uk) if you are cancelling your place so that we can work through a reserve list, or if you wish to go not a reserve list.
Prize lecture recordings. Arrangements are in place for the Bartlett lecture and EPS prize lecture to be recorded and subsequently made available on our website to member. The Pia Tudela lecture is sponsored by SEPEX however and will not be recorded.
